Apple doesn’t look into anything here, you need to go https://www.apple.com/feedback/ and post your question but I can almost assure you it’s a Citrix issue as far as Apple is concerned if anything changed from 10.2 to 10.3 to prevent Citrix from functioning and it’s up to Citrix to fix. Unless Apple broke something that is included with their update exclusively don’t expect them to look into it.
